Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you still need help or are unsure of anything then please use our enquiry form to ask us a question.
Why can't I view the samples?
To view the samples you need to have Adobe Flash Player and/or Adobe Shockwave installed on your computer. They are free to download and only take a few moments to install. Also, because of the size of some of the samples it is recommended that you view them over a broadband connection.
What if my guests don't have a DVD player?
We can produce paper based stationery which you can send with or instead of a DVD invitation. Visit our Stationery page to see our range of stationery.
How long do the DVD's last?
Typically a Wedding Invitation will last around 3 - 5 minutes depending on which type you have selected. For photo montage DVD's, the running time will depend entirely on the amount of photographs you have included. As a guide, each photograph stays on screen for about 6 seconds so a DVD with 50 photos will last around 5 minutes.
Can I see my DVD before my order is assembled?
Yes, as soon as we have created your DVD we will post it to a private web page and email you a link to it. If you have ordered any stationery, this will also be available to view. Once everything is to your satisfaction and you have approved it, we will begin physical production of your order.
How do I send my photographs, video and music?
Please see our Production Guidelines page for information on sending your media.
Will my photographs, videos and music be returned to me?
Yes, we will return all of your production elements to you along with your order in the same condition as they were supplied. If you have sent us physical photographs to scan we will also provide you with a disk with all of the scanned images on so that your photographs will be preserved in digital format.
Can I select the music for my DVD?
Absolutely. We have a wide range of royalty free music to choose from or alternatively you can send us your chosen music on CD and we will include it in your production.
Please note that the production we make for you is for personal use and not a commercial production to be profited from. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they own the music they provide and have the right to use it in their production.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For DVD invitations you should try to order at least 6 weeks before you plan to send them out. This allows plenty of time for any changes which you may wish to make. If you need your invitations sooner than 6 weeks then please contact us as we may still be able to accommodate you.
For photo montage DVD's you should allow at least 2 weeks from us receiving your images for your order to be ready. We may be able to take rush orders depending on our workload at the time so please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How do I place an order?
Please see our orders page for full details on placing orders.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order either by credit card, cheque or through PayPal. When you place an order you must pay the production fee for whichever product you have chosen before we begin any production work. The remaining balance is due prior to completion of your order.
Is postage and packaging included in the price?
Unfortunately not. Because each order is different in size and quantity, we must charge extra for postage and packaging. We send all orders via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will inform you of postage and packaging costs when you place your order and we will only charge you what it costs us. We don't make any profit from postage costs.
If you live locally you can arrange to pick up you order and avoid delivery charges or in some cases we may hand deliver.
