Placing an order with Interactive Memories

Our ordering process couldn't be easier. Just follow these simple steps and you will soon be receiving your very own personalized DVD invitations and photo montages to send to your guests or to give as an extra special gift.

Orders for Invitations

1. Contact us by email or phone to discuss your order requirements. We will then email you our order form which will allow you to provide all of the information we need to begin production of your DVD invitations and stationery.

2. Upon receiving your order form we will then email you an invoice. You should check this invoice and return it with your deposit which will cover our production costs. Payment can be made online through PayPal or via cheque. We will wait until payment has cleared before commencing production.

3. Collect together all of the photographs, music and video you would like to be included on your DVD and send them to us. Please see our Production Guidelines for more information on this.

4. Once we have received all your project elements, invoice and deposit, we will begin work immediately on your production. As soon as it is ready we will email you a preview for you to proof. Once you are happy with the final production you must approve it and send the remaining balance.

5. Once we have received final payment and approval we will begin physical production all of your DVD's and accompanying stationery. We will contact you with a delivery date and post your order as soon as everything is complete.
